• Search Everything problems (inaccurate records; display/holdings problems; etc.)
• Database problems (login problems; bad/inaccurate links; full-text problems; display problems; etc.)
• Physical items in Alma (cataloging, suppressed records; etc.)
• Patron record problems (duplicate records; trouble with login/requesting/borrowing, etc.):
• Fulfillment problems (checkout/checkin, loan periods, requesting, etc.)
