Coronavirus Concerns: OCC Libraries

The OCC Libraries may be physically closed, but we are here for you online.

Changes to Note

These temporary changes will be in effect until further notice:

OCC Campus Libraries Closed to the Public
If you need to contact us for any reason, email us or try the Ask A Librarian service for research support anytime.

Please Do Not Attempt To Return Your Library Books
Hold on to your library books until the campuses are reopened. We will work with you to make sure you are not fined and that your due date is extended.

Due Dates Extended
Due dates for items currently checked out are extended through August 28, 2020. No action is required on your part, we will extend your due dates as campus closures continue.

Library Fines Suspended
Library fines will be suspended or forgiven through the end of the semester. 

Academic Holds
For the remainder of the semester, students on academic hold due to library fines and fees will be allowed to register for classes.   

Library Programming Canceled
Library Success Seminars and other programs scheduled at the library are canceled.

The Ask a Librarian chat reference service is still available anytime 24x7 whenever you need help with your library research.

Search OCC Libraries
Use Search Everything or the OCC Libraries databases anytime, anywhere with your MyOCC login to search for articles, ebooks, streaming videos and more.

Free eText alternatives 
The OCC Libraries may be able to provide access to ebooks and other materials used in your courses. Find out more about about OCC ebooks or Open Educational Resources (OER).
