Some OCC databases contain a category for primary sources. These sources types are typically images, or transcripts of radio broadcasts and podcasts. Look for a limiter or grouping for Academic Journals or Peer Reviewed to find appropriate articles on your topic.

Use the phrase "Declaration of Human Rights"
Under Refine Results on the left side of the page, choose Full Text Online
Then scroll down to Source Type and select Books (you may have to click on More to have Books show)
On the list of books that you have, choose one you feel will work.
