The OCC Libraries are proud to announce the winners of the Fourth Annual Outstanding Research Paper Competition!
We received many great entries (42 to be exact), and according to the final round judges, the quality of the papers submitted this year was exceptionally high. The papers below were judged truly outstanding!

Unfortunately, none of the papers submitted from the SF Campus met the minimum qualifications of the competition.
More Exciting News: Thanks to generous funding from the OCC Foundation we will be holding the Outstanding Research Paper Competition again next year. Eligible papers for the fifth annual competition will have been written for an OCC Course in these semesters: winter 2023, summer 2023, and fall 2023. If you are taking a course that requires a research paper, check the library website in the fall for details about next year’s competition.
