This seminar will give you strategies to help you read textbooks more effectively.
You will find videos and articles to assist you on different kinds of reading strategies that you can choose from to improve your textbook reading skills.

Watch the video presentations.
Take notes on the strategies and information. You will need it later in the seminar.
Step 2
Read the articles and handouts.
Step 3
Reflect on what strategies you learned about textbook reading. If your professor is requiring this seminar or is giving extra credit, answer the questions below.
