Learning Principles for Memory Improvement

College is filled with information that you need to remember.  Creating a toolbox of memory strategies is essential to becoming a successful student.  This seminar will give you a variety of strategies you can use to improve your ability to recall information.

You will find videos and readings that will help you build your memory toolbox

If you are doing the seminar for class credit, Step 3 includes some reflection questions and a feedback form.  Send the finished document to your local ASC campus.

Reflect on what strategies you learned about memory strategies.  If your professor is requiring this seminar or is giving extra credit, answer the questions below.
