OCC offers two kinds of technology assistance for our students.
Student Help Desk

The Student Technical Help Desk can assist you with a variety of issues, including:
- Log in issues and/or password reset for MyOCC, D2L and your student email
- Okta Multifactor Authentication
- Wi-Fi and Internet Access
- Virtual Desktop (VDI) Access
- Out of Country Access
CIS paraprofessionals can assist with the following issues:
- D2L usage issues (not related to log in problems)
- Microsoft help including Word documents and basic Word functions
- Online textbook installation
- Student Gmail email questions (not related to passwords)
