We have added the LibCal module to our Springshare subscription. LibCal gives us more flexibility in managing our website calendar., You can see the new calendar on the library home page and the About the Library page. In addition to the public calendar, LibCal will also provide a way for users to register for events and make appointments without any mediation by library staff. More to come on that in the fall semester.

The For Faculty guide has been updated with two new sections: Library Instruction & Tutorials and New at the Library. Thanks to Beth for organizing the Instruction & Tutorials page.  

We have added a new database from ProQuest named U.S. Major Dailies. This database provides full-text access to 5 major daily newspapers:  The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, and Chicago Tribune.

Also included are online content and blogs from those newspapers, 23 publications in total.
